Our Projects
(PROJECT 1)

Our Central Mosque will not only be a symbol of Muslim unity, it will also be a masterpiece of modern architecture that will complement Canadian heritage. It will accommodate up to 10,000 persons at any given time under its roofed structure while dedicated open space will allow up to 10,000 to join congregational prayers. A parking space for 800 vehicles will ensure ample parking space for all the visitors and no street parking will be required or permitted, thus relieving significant congestion that is currently experienced.
The overall model includes multiple operating components, including community gathering, recreation, health, education and housing to compliment the Central Mosque in order to act as a fully stratified business and revenue resource and securing the long term viability and sustainability of this multi-cultural integrated community.
(PROJECT 2)

CMT wishes to engage both public and private education sectors and stakeholders to develop an immersive learning experience through integrated school facilities for both Muslim and non-Muslim students, as a part of our larger community complex. We are committed to providing integrated access to recreation, worship, health and commercial spaces for a unique and highly interactive multicultural learning environment.
Our proposed school will use the standard educational guidelines and curriculum provided by the provincial government.
(PROJECT 3)

A Sports and Recreation Complex with ambiance of an international stadium for multicultural gathering in sports, arts and entertainment will provide an exceptional asset and venue for the entire BC. It will also serve as a key amenity within our interactive health and education ecosystem in addition to Indoor and outdoor spaces. We envisage large audiences to enjoy watching their favourite teams and professionals in arts, entertainment and sport at this stadium.
(PROJECT 4)

The perceived complex will create a community asset and offer a variety of spaces to facilitate large communal meetings and gatherings for all community members. It will serve as a full-service event centre for all cultural and community related activities.
The complex plans to add additional community spaces to host many events or functions of varying capacity with access to ample parking.
(PROJECT 5)

CMT understands the current housing crisis and is engaging the developer community to facilitate the creation of multi-level, accessible and affordable housing options for citizens and families across the lower mainland as part of the mosque complex and development project.
Housing units will vary from detached homes to multifamily units and will be integrated with a number of alternate housing options and supportive services within this integrated community environment, ideal for individuals and families.
(PROJECT 6)

CMT is committed to create a graceful and all-inclusive living and caring environment for our aging community.
A multi-level contemporary housing complex designed in a park-like space and immersed in an active social and family centered community will create an ideal setting for our seniors. It will offer a full service living experience, including access to health services, social gathering as well as restaurant and retail options. We hope that integration with the education facilities will serve as a wonderful tool for intergenerational learning experiences for all.
(PROJECT 7)

Following the same strategy as the sports complex, we have envisaged a standalone auditorium with state of the art facilities to be added to the mosque complex.
We plan to design these facilities as an architectural marvel that will attract and accommodate large gatherings within world-class venues to be used for audience across BC and the region as a preferred location to host conferences, seminars and workshops on an international level.
This will not only help our complex build its reputation but also offer unprecedented opportunity for students to participate, interact and get unique exposure and inspiration from visiting scholars and acclaimed speakers from around the globe as a part of a highly interactive and immersive experience.
(PROJECT 8)

As BC Healthcare services reach a critical point, it is imperative to create solutions for primary care, health and wellness for all citizens in order to decrease demand on scarce acute hospital and emergency resources.
Our Health and Wellness Centre will focus on offering primary, traditional alternative and preventative health options for individuals and families, located close to home and community. With adjacency to recreation, wellness and allied health services it will compliment supportive and aging care facilities, for a fully serviced, health-focused campus.
(PROJECT 9)

As the Mosque and overall complex will become a location busy with each and all of the amenities, restaurant and retail spaces will become important element to compliment residents, visitors and guests. This may include a number of locally sourced vendors, depending on local demands and creates opportunities for economic growth and jobs for the local region.
(PROJECT 10)

Death in the family is an inevitable yet extremely distressing time with an additional bewildering expense that takes an unprecedented toll on the survivors, with costs that can escalate the price to beyond affordable, with none of that expense subsidized.
CMT plans to prioritize access to this important multi-cultural asset to reassure families with knowledge that the needs of their loved ones shall be secured and protected through partnerships in funeral and burial services, including a modern cemetery that will be open and accessible to residents across the community.
